Prime Rib - Served on Thursday, Friday, Saturday only.  We generously rub our ribs with a house blend rub and then slow roast them for that perfect combination of tenderness and flavor.
 
All of our beef is Sterling Silver Premium Beef, which consists of only the top 12% of all grain – fed beef cattle, which includes Prime and Top Tier Choice.  Rich in marbling and aged a minimum 21 days.
