Goat Cheese Stuffed Chicken Breast - Pan seared chicken breast stuffed with a goat cheese herb mixture and served with a butter pan sauce, with herb roasted red potatoes and creamed spinach.

Chipotle Glazed Salmon - Grilled salmon filet covered in our honey chipotle glaze for that perfect balance of smokiness, sweet, and spicy.  Served with rice pilaf and steamed vegetables.

Honey Chicken - Marinated chicken breast pan roasted in our house honey sundried tomato sauce and served with potatoes au gratin and sauteed spinach.

Meat Loaf - An American classic redone La Brique style and wrapped in bacon served over roasted garlic mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables with a demi-glace gravy.

Pan Seared Scallops - Served with our creamed style corn and sauteed vegetables.

Liver and Onions - Veal liver sauteed with onions and served over roasted garlic mashed potatoes with a mushroom gravy.
